Privacy Policy

YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are Wited (“we,” “our,” “Wited” or the “Company”).

We respect your privacy with regard to any personal data that we may collect while operating our services on the Wited platform (available at www.wited.com and hereinafter collectively referred to as “Wited”).

Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”) so that you understand how we collect and process (that is, use, store, share, disclose, and otherwise handle) your personal data. This Policy also describes your rights in relation to your personal data.

By visiting, using, or registering to use Wited, you consent to our processing your personal information or that of your children or those you represent (as applicable) in accordance with this Policy. Hereinafter, both types of data will be referred to indistinctly as “your personal data” or “your information.”

This is the legal basis on which we process your personal information, and it is also necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under the Wited Terms of Use.

By continuing to use Wited, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and consider this Policy and that you agree to it. This means that you also accept the use of your personal data and the methods of disclosure described in this Policy. If you do not understand the Policy or do not agree with one or more provisions of this Policy, you must stop using Wited immediately. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. At that time, you may also wish to delete the cookies that have been placed on any device you used to access Wited. Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by us before such withdrawal.

This Policy specifically incorporates by reference all of our Terms of Use.

We want you to have personalized experiences anytime, anywhere, and on any device. This requires us to collect your personal information. However, we want you to be in control of that personal information. We want you to know at all times where and how your personal information is collected, shared, and used. This is of utmost importance to us.

So, here is what this Policy explains:

  • What information we may collect about you

  • What we may do with the information we collect about you

  • Whether we share your information with anyone else

  • The types of cookies we use and how you can refuse them

  • Where we store your information

  • How we keep your information secure

  • Your rights in relation to your information

Because we take your privacy seriously, we operate under the principle that your personal information belongs to you and only you can decide with whom you want to share it and why. This is fundamental to how we work and we are committed to providing a secure environment for you to store your personal information and share it with others when you wish.
